Qcells UK and Ireland announces appointment of built environment expert consultant Rosanna Lawn

Key new addition to growing Qcells UK and Ireland team brings wealth of expertise and experience in ESG, real estate and sustainability.

[Berlin, Germany, December 19, 2022] Qcells UK and Ireland has today announced the appointment of Rosanna Lawn as Built Environment Consultant. Lawn joins the Qcells team having accrued in-depth experience in a variety of roles in the built environment space.

Lawn made a name for herself in the UK as an innovator, strategist and expert communicator, able to seamlessly connect the industries of real estate, sustainability and technology via socially conscious-driven initiatives and campaigns.

Accolades bestowed upon Lawn during her career include Young Personality of the Year for Property Week; Rising Star for Estates Gazette, and the appearance on a number of shortlists celebrating women in real estate and construction and young leaders in property and technology.

More recently, Lawn has worked as an independent consultant, specialising in improving the built environment’s understanding of ESG (environmental, social and governance) issues. This included helping companies large and small to better communicate and coordinate their efforts in tackling climate change, operate more sustainably, and marry technical leadership with eco-consciousness.

Ross Kent, Head of Qcells UK and Ireland, said: “Lawn’s unique skills and expertise will help Qcells deepen its relationship with industries operating in the UK’s built environment. There has never been a more crucial time to ensure that clean energy companies like Qcells are working together with developers, planners, architects and the real estate industry to collectively meet the challenges of delivering cleaner and greener homes and buildings. “We are extremely pleased to welcome Lawn to the Qcells UK and Ireland team, and together we hope to have a positive and long-lasting impact on the sustainability efforts of the UK’s built environment.”

Rosanna Lawn added: “I am delighted to begin my role at Qcells. This is an opportunity to really ensure that all involved parties in the built environment are speaking the same language when it comes to ESG and sustainability goals. I aim to pursue a wholly collaborative and holistic approach towards education and awareness, helping both Qcells communicate its expertise, products and services to the construction and real estate industry, while also bringing greater understanding in-house on how Qcells can better meet the needs of developers, architects and end-consumers.”
