AC solar module

Each of our Q CELLS AC solar modules has its own inverter on the rear of the solar module, meaning that, unlike our standard solar modules, it does not need a central inverter. AC solar modules generate the alternating voltage necessary for the power grid themselves, simplifying above all the complicated wiring of the individual solar modules. Such a solar system increases the yield by automatically optimising the shadowing losses of individual AC solar modules and offers the possibility of precise data analysis, right down to module level.

Q CELLS solar modules have up to 25-year product and performance warranty.

Location

Q CELLS solar modules are developed and optimised for a wide range of operation sites. For instance, solar modules for the roofs of private houses are generally more efficient, have a compact construction and are aesthetically of a higher quality. These factors play a lesser role for solar modules used in extensive solar power stations as accessibility, module weight and construction space are less important there.
